Possible manner of reading the labels of these entries:

RECORD # - CHASM / BRIDGE / ECLIPSE-#

Record # = Literally the identification of the attempt number

CHASM / BRIDGE / ECLIPSE = What is being examined.

CHASM - Seems to be a passive viewing of an event (predominately in the future)

BRIDGE - Seems to be a literal traveling within time/space to a specific location (maybe to one of the CHASM\'s observed)

ECLIPSE - Only one record (so far), but definition of \"eclipse\" (an obscuring of the light from one celestial body by the passage of another between it and the observer or between it and its source of illumination) hints at another form of observation that actually is interfering with another observer. Also possible connection to the Cult of Osiris, from the context of the individual record that we have at the moment.

There is also a valid theory that the records here are not all from the same device, but rather from different devices (progressively upgraded, perhaps to allow for a transformation from CHASM to BRIDGE type examinations?).
